ASSOCIATED SOFTWARE COMPONENTS, MEDIA, PRINTED MATERIALS, AND "ONLINE"; OR ELECTRONIC DOCUMENTATION ("SOFTWARE
PRODUCT"), EXCLUDING ALL ADD ON SERVICES AS DEFINED BELOW.
“ADD ON SERVICES” MEANS ALL OPTIONAL SERVICES OR SEPERATLY CHARGED OPTIONAL SERVICES SUCH AS APPS PUBLISHING
SERVICES, GRAPHIC SERVICESES.
GRANT OF LICENSE
Subject to the terms and conditions of the Agreement, MYAPPSTORES grants to you a non-exclusive,
non-transferable license to use the MYAPPSTORES Software Deliverables. You may use the Licensed Program in
executable format for its own use, and may translate or modify the Licensed Program. You may not, however,
transfer or sublicense the SOFTWARE PRODUCT to any third party, in whole or in part, in any form, whether
modified or unmodified.
COPIES
You have no rights to make a copy of your product that is delivered by myappstores to you for your use. Just you
can take the backup of your data & assets.
REFUND POLICY
You should agree to all the refund policy that is mentioned above.
OWNERSHIP
All products are the property of the myappstores. You have no rights to take the ownership for the same.
PROPRIETARY RIGHTS

TERMINATION
We may terminate this Agreement if You is in default of any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement and
fails to correct such default after written notice thereof from us
TERMINATION CERTIFICATE
In the event of termination, you will immediately discontinue use of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
FREE SUPPORT AND UPDATES & UPGRADES
You hereby agree Myappstores Free Technical Support. For additional service you may need to pay to myappstores.
WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
MYAPPSTORES licenses, and you accepts, the SOFTWARE PRODUCT “AS IS.” MYAPPSTORES PROVIDES NO WARRANTIES AS TO
THE FUNCTION OR USE OF THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING, WITHOUT
LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO
THE QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE OF THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT IS WITH YOU. LICENSER DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE FUNCTIONS
CONTAINED IN THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT WILL MEET YOU’S REQUIREMENTS OR THAT THE OPERATION OF THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT
WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR FREE.
NOTICES
For any violation if you found with the app / website then you need to send a notice by email / contact us page
and then we will get in touch with you and get the issue resolved soon in a month of time or less.
Technical Support and Maintenance Policy
We will provide free techinical support for setting up the website or any
problem you will face in using the product and website untill the product is active.
Discountinuation of product will lead to termination of your support & service
All issues will be resolved in 24 hrs in priority basis. In other case may require more time but it will be done
on asap basis.
Any issue that are not because of myappstores then a technical support / service will be chargeable.
All the data feeding , product add,edit,delete & other task will be of the end user. Our responsibility is to
make the product working well.
Any changes that leads to any of the functionality and that are because of 3rd party then we may need to charge
you for that supports & upgrades
Deliverables Period
We will deliver you the website / mobile apps in a 2 week of time after the
initial payment is done.
In some case we may need more time but that will be minimal and will keep you posted on it after the order is
placed.
No extra charges for quick deliverables
Payment gateway integration and its approval will take time.
Also, procedure to send verification document need to be done by the customer and all guidance will be provided
by the myappstore support team.
